Cross Street Music Festival is back Saturday 28 November 2026, bringing together some of Aotearoa’s most exciting independent, underground and emerging music for our biggest year yet.
We are excited to announce our first lineup ✨
Sola Rosa, MELODOWNZ, Borderline, Lilbubblegum, DARTZ and Where’s Jai are among the first names announced for the eighth edition of our independent Tāmaki Makaurau.
Before the volume gets turned up at 4pm, the festival spills out across K’ Road and the surrounding precinct from 12pm, with free music, art and activity to stumble across throughout the afternoon.
This year’s Cross Street artwork has been created by renowned Tāmaki Makaurau artist Tanja McMillan, aka Misery, whose work has long been part of the visual fabric of Karangahape Road.
From 12pm 👉🏼 Free and open to all | Free music, art, installations, performances, activations and kids’ activities across Karangahape Road, Mercury Lane and Cross Street. Plus free, all-ages programming at the Mercury Stage and other locations across K’ Road.
Ticketed from 4pm - 10.30pm
