INTRODUCING THE DIRECTORS OF THEN COMES LOVE
Christine Ball - Co-director

Christine’s love for theatre began when she was 9 years old, and she has enjoyed working with so many creatives over the years. Her recent roles have been Neva in SHAM (Theatreworks the home of Mairangi Players), Greta in The Witness for the Prosecution (Shoreside Theatre), and Ann Lavender in The Welkin (Foolish Wit Theatre) all in 2023. Christine decided to take a big step in 2024 and have a go at directing, her debut was Benedict Cumberbatch Must Die by Abby Howells. The following year, Christine decided to directed again, this time choosing White Men also by Abby Howells (both shows with Shoreside Theatre). Matt helped out with both productions, which then led to the collaborating on Then Comes Love. Christine has been delighted to work on this project with Matt and the rest of the team and has really enjoyed the collaborative process to bring this complex but engaging show.
