Nothing says family and community like the massive weekend we just had.
While I am stuck at home nursing my broken bones, the 🌟R&G DREAM TEAM🌟 got our fabulous dancers seemlessly through 27 mock exams and 11 medal awards!
Incredible thanks to:
The wonderful Miss Shannon - who, at very short notice, has been teaching EVERY class for the last 6 weeks and got everyone to exam standard. Without her, we wouldnt have got this far! And she can now add "music player extraordinaire" to her list of talents!
The generous and selfless Elise - who made sure every dancer was uniform ready, set up the school for the weekend and was there the whole time, keeping everything running smoothly.
The incredible Val and Hillary - Val is an experienced dance teacher, examiner and adjudicator and as a Grandmother to one of our gorgeous students, put up her hand to offer feedback to all our students on their work. Hillary did a superb job as her assistant all weekend!
The fabulous Erica! Not only did she have all her own exams to get through but she was also there, helping with getting everyone else through too and tag teamed with Miss Shannon on the music playing for the exams.
More wonderful dance Mums - Carter and Nicky for their help with coffees and hair and pinning numbers on over the weekend.
Nev - vaccuum cleaner operator (and thats a big job at our space)! And Crispin - uber driver legend! Gotta love our legendary Dance Dads too!
Also a huge thanks to the late night Sunday pack down team and Mums dropping kids home - Sam & Theresa, Elise, Miss Shannon, and some of our beautiful dancers - Erica, Gemma, Jess, Sayla, Penny, Georgia and Lily
And even though she wasn't there this weekend, I need to mention my new office manager/administrator/medal award dance polisher - Kylie!
Lastly, but not least to ALL the dance Mums and Dads for getting our amazing dancers to their exams
