I’ve managed to spend some time at my drawing board recently 😍. And I absolutely enjoyed every minute of it 🥰. This is the beginnings of a commission for a beautiful dog, ‘Jess’. Faber Castell Polychromos & Caran D’Ache Luminance coloured pencils on Smooth Bristol. Despite working full time …it’s such a blessing to chip away at a commission during the weekends 💫.

Completed commission. The customer was so happy with the end product of his daughter that he is commissioning me to draw his other daughter 🥰. It’s the most nerve wracking & exciting step - giving the customer the completed portrait of their loved one. Tombow graphite pencils & Faber Castell pitt graphite matte pencils on Smooth Bristol.

Reference photo next to drawing (re-posted as I decided I wanted the original coloured photo next to the drawing rather than the black & white photo next to the drawing that I originally posted 😆). Living in a tiny home (temporarily) over the past two years has made producing artwork a bit trickier. However I am currently working on a graphite commission which I’m glad about 😁.
