As per our terms of service, (a piece of documentation that is requestable for viewing by paying customers), there are no refunds for commission-starting deposits. If the clients do not attend their allotted sessions on time without fair warning their deposits are voided, and additional payment must be made to reschedule an additional appointment. er the client or service provider, on terms of sound reason, after a commission-starting deposit has transferred, will not result in any form of refund. Regardless of parental consent form fulfilment under the laws of Auckland Council, the laws also state that we as service providers hold the right to refuse service to underage clientele. As such, presentation of age affirming ID at any point of the commission could be fulfilled by request of the service provider in order for continuation of any commission.
