Kia ora e te whānau!

As we come to the end of another big year, we wanted to take a moment to acknowledge you — our community, supporters, friends, and whānau who continue to walk alongside Te Kura Maninirau. Your support, manaaki and encouragement has helped us grow, dream bigger, and continue our mahi of making circus arts accessible, empowering, and grounded in te ao Māori.

Nā reira, kia pai te whakatā, ā ka nui te aroha ki a koutou i ēnei hararei - hei tērā tau!

TĪHĀTE FUNDRAISER FINAL DAY!
Āe, you read that right! If you haven’t purchased a tīhāte + koha yet, this is the final day to do so!

This fundraiser is helping us provide circus classes to tamariki at no-cost, whilst remaining accessible and non-competitive helping tamariki grow in confidence, connection, and joy.

By purchasing a tīhāte + koha or donating today you are helping us ensure we can teach holistically whilst serving the communities and whānau we engage with regularly.

We are so grateful for our community backing us this far and we are even more excited to see what 2026 will bring. Nā reria, don’t miss out e te iwi on securing your Kura Maninirau tīhāte today!

2 more days until our tīhāte fundraiser closes!

We thought we'd share with you some more feedback from whānau to highlight how this kaupapa has an impact on tamariki and their wider whānau:
“We’ve seen our tamariki become more confident, expressive, and grounded in who they are. They’re more curious, more open to trying new things, and they’ve developed a strong sense of belonging in a space that celebrates diversity and connection.”

Help us keep this kaupapa alive in 2026 by purchasing a tīhāte + koha or donating online, and together, we can keep making a real difference in the lives of these tamariki.

E te whānau, this is not a drill! You have less than 3 days before our tīhāte fundraiser finishes! Head over to our website now to secure your Kura Maninirau tīhāte whilst also donating to this kaupapa.

If you don’t want a tīhāte, kei te pai! Every koha, big or small, brings us closer to making sure all tamariki in Tāmaki Makaurau have access to arts education that celebrates who they are.

If you can, consider sponsoring a class, a term, or contributing whatever feels right for you. Koha could be your time, bringing kai in for the tamariki, reo Māori lessons for our kaiako, or any other means of contribution. Kōrero mai if you have anything in mind!

Tīhate fundraiser - One more week to go!!!

Many whānau reflect on how their tamariki shine here at Te Kura Maninirau and we need your help to ensure every tamaiti has a space to shine in 2026.

At Te Kura Maninirau, we offer koha-based circus classes grounded in tikanga and whakaaro Māori — helping tamariki build their confidence, wellbeing, and connection.

Support our kaupapa by purchasing a tīhāte + koha or donating online, and together, we can keep this magic alive for 2026!
