Snug away our Brick Room’s outboard rack is home to a selection of classic gear, each piece bringing its own unique touch to the recording process.

Highlights include the Neve 1073 preamps, UREI LA-3A compressors, and an original Pultec EQ, this collection of gear adds a subtle touch that supports a wide range of recording needs.

Paddy is the mad man behind everything that works and comes out of this studio. He has created an environment of warmth and welcome at Roundhead. His dedication to music in Aotearoa is second to none, as well as his encouragement and development of our team and sound engineers here at the studio.

He’s the man you want in the hot seat.
