From Fan Camp to the screen 📺🎶

Valere ‘I’ll Tell You When I Know’ was written by Shana and Christian at Fan Camp Vol.4 Pan-Asian back in April 2024.

Since then, the song received NZ On Air Music funding, and we were stoked to help it land a sync in Settling - the song features during the closing scene and credits in Ep.4 🌟

We love seeing songs that started in the studio at Fan Camp continue to find new audiences, shoutout to Settling for using 100% Kiwi music in the series 🙌

Earlier this month, Pōneke based band Debt Club released their 9 track debut album ‘Foothold’. The band tracked vocals for the whole album here at BIG FAN as well as saxophone and overdubs during their residency last year.

Greatsouth has just released their new album ‘Hellhole Of The Pacific.’

We were stoked to have Payton in the studio working on this incredible project during his 2025 Residency. Parts recorded in our studios include drums, guitar and taonga pūoro.

Want to put on your own show at BIG FAN and get paid?  We’re now taking applications for the third instalment of our New Fans series: giving emerging promoters the opportunity to bring their ideas to life, curate a lineup, and get hands-on experience putting on a live show.

Whether you’re new to promoting or already have a few shows under your belt, New Fans is a chance to develop your skills, try out ideas, and take your next step as a promoter.
