Kae Taylor I’m a glass artist based in Auckland, crafting expressive works that dance with light, colour, and emotion.

Each piece is individually handcrafted, infused with passion, and truly one of a kind. Beyond glass, I explore the delicate world of watercolours.

A wonderful morning at Crown Lynn Pottery, Auckland.

Today I had the absolute pleasure of listening to the wonderful John Parker speak at Crown Lynn ceramics Museum - one of New Zealand’s most iconic pottery names.

John’s passion, knowledge and personal connection to the world of ceramics made the talk incredibly interesting and inspiring.

Such an awesome experience for anyone who loves New Zealand pottery.

I was recently commissioned by a lovely Hawke’s Bay lady to create these unique glass keyring trinkets from a gin bottle. 🍸💚
I love giving beautiful bottles a second life, transforming something that might otherwise be discarded into a little keepsake to enjoy every day.
Each piece is handmade with love, making every trinket completely unique.
Thank you so much for trusting me with your special commission — I absolutely loved creating these!

Flash back to when painting hooked me.

This was a special gift made to a family who's mum past from cancer. At the time I didn't know the kowhai tree, was one of her favourites.

✨ A little milestone ✨

Today, I dropped off a selection of my handcrafted glass pieces to Mulbury Café, Hawke's Bay. I'm so incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to showcase my work in such a beautiful local space.

Each piece is lovingly handmade. Seeing them displayed is both exciting and humbling.

If you're visiting Mulbury Café, I'd love for you to have a look.

Whether you're searching for a unique gift or something special for your own home, I hope one of my creations speaks to you.

A huge thank you to the wonderful team at Mulbury Café for supporting local artists. Your encouragement means the world. 💚
