Looking for a reason to dust up or develop your music performing skills in 2023?
AMusEd is offering Saturday morning community orchestra sessions for anyone who wants to perform music in a group setting.
AMused launched in February 2022 and has become a Community Orchestral group for students aged 5 to 100+. This group caters for those who play an orchestral instrument/s grade 2 and above and wish to develop their performance skills as part of a larger, diverse group. I can easily adapt the music we cover for your level of ability. Parents and children are welcome. Our focus is on fun, not perfection.
We cover both modern and classical repertoire, welcome original compositions, arrangements and performers who wish to brave soloistic roles.
Rehearsals are 90 minutes long (with a brief recess) on Saturday mornings from 10 to 11.30 am at the Graceway Baptist Church on East Coast Rd, North Shore, Auckland.
