Bidding was slow on the day, but nine of the 16 sculptures created at this year's Ashburton Stone Sculpture Symposium have now been sold. What an amazing 2 weeks of sculpting. The pieces that have been created are simply stunning. A big thank you to all sculptors that braved our mid Canterbury weather. 34 one day and horizontal rain the next. You guys definitely bought your A games.
The sculptures will be on display until the 11th November when we will be having a public auction for all the sculptures.
