One of the wonderful things about being part of the Ashburton Embroiderers' Guild is the generous help you get from experienced members. Putting a tapestry in a frame was a recent lesson. Join us for stitch and chat Saturday August 1st, 10.30- 3.30 at the Seniors Centre. There will be a sales table and a sharing of techniques for world embroidery day. 🪡🪡

Work day excitement- leading to World Embroidery day on July 30th. Elspeth has offered to lead a discussion about Tivaevae- the traditional embroidery of Rarotonga. We will be able to "have a go". Please bring a large eyed, sharp needle. Thursday July 23: 10.30- 3.30 at the Seniors Centre. Visitors welcome🪡🪡
