🧦 I have my Socktober yarn sorted, but now I need your help!

I'm using Blue Hills High Twist for my next pair of socks, but I'm stuck choosing a pattern. Do I go with Libby from Truly Myrtle or Nancy from ? I've knitted patterns from both before and absolutely love the fit.

While I decide, I've cast on the Mystery Gnome from Imagine Landscapes. Because apparently, starting another project is a perfectly reasonable way to deal with having too many ideas! 😂

Tell me in the comments: Team Truly Myrtle or Team Knit Sip Happy? I'd love to know which you'd choose, and what you're casting on (or have already cast on) for Socktober.

🧶 BIG NEWS — A NEW CHAPTER FOR DREAMFIRE YARNS! 🧶

In case you missed our email this morning, we have some big news to share! After many wonderful years, we’ve sold our lifestyle block — and Dreamfire Yarns has a new owner too! ❤️

We’re excited to announce that Amanda is taking over the reins of Dreamfire Yarns! Amanda has been part of the Dreamfire team for some time, and many of you will have seen her helping us at yarn shows over the past few years. We’re delighted to be handing Dreamfire over to someone we know so well and are confident it’s in very good hands as it begins this exciting new chapter.

And the best news? It’s still the same great yarn! The beautiful fibres and love of yarn that you’ve come to know from the Dreamfire dyepots will continue.

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported us over the years. It has been an absolute pleasure sharing the Dreamfire journey with you, and we’re excited to see where Amanda takes it next.

P.S. Don’t think we’re slowing down! Selling the lifestyle block doesn’t mean we’re putting our feet up. We’ve got plenty of plans and projects to keep us busy, including continuing to dye embroidery threads and ribbons under our new name, Samsara Stitchery, as well as making our cartonnage kits in amongst our other hobbies.

So while we’re handing the Dreamfire reins over to Amanda, this isn’t goodbye — just a new chapter for all of us! 😉

We went hunting and found a few more ....

LUCKY DIPS
We arrived home after the whirlwind of Woolfeast where these lucky dips were really popular and sold like hot cakes, so we went hunting through the wool room and found a bunch more! Same great price as we offered at Woolfeast, same great yarns hidden inside.
