Sweeping through the hill
And you and I
Floating above
Sandwiched between the vapour
And the blue sky with stars
The city below
Wild and bright
And us with our darkness
In harmony
After 7 months of isolation
You make me realize
That having a companion
Isn't that bad after all
That I'm safe
And that it's a priviledge to be with you
For the first time
I look at the hills
And it reminds me of nothing
But only makes me conscious of
The existence of surrounding
And our breath
It felt alive
To be then and there
And to live it here and now
While our shoulders touch
And I write this with you
In the pages of my heart

Every night I feel your skin
Brushing against mine

Are you crying too?
Because I do feel your pain
Are you loving me from there?
Because everytime I miss you
The clouds carry my soul's trace
They pass through that apartment in front of your home
While I climb on them
And tiptoe into your room
Through a photograph

Do you look at the corner of your bed?
Do you find me sitting there?
Do you find me asking you why?
Do you keep looking into my eyes?
And stare...and stare...and stare?

Try reaching your hand out once,
Do you feel the weight of my soul
On your arms?

Caressing the skin of your chest
