What’s special about Listikot?

The views are beautiful—green hills, terraced farms, forests, and fresh air everywhere. Life there is slow and calm, and most people are involved in farming, growing crops like maize and rice.

People in Liskot live a very traditional lifestyle. There’s a strong sense of community, and everyone knows and supports each other. During festivals like Dashain and Tihar, the whole place comes alive with celebrations, family gatherings, and good vibes.

Another thing that really stands out is how strong the community is. After the 2015 Nepal Earthquake, people worked together to rebuild and move forward.

Overall, Liskot is special because of its natural beauty, simple lifestyle, and the warmth of its people.
