Thailand has set a 0% personal income tax rate on qualifying crypto capital gains through the end of 2029.

The exemption applies to eligible gains from digital assets sold or transferred through licensed operators, covering transactions from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2029. It does not make every type of crypto income tax-free, so where and how investors trade still matters.

For qualifying $BTC and crypto traders, capital gains that meet the rules can now come with a $0 personal income tax bill.
