At a young age, Miss Krishna Kumari Poudel, founder of Anugraha Handicraft, chose to learn the art of Dhaka weaving from the experts and turned that skill into a purpose far greater than fashion.

Today, she is creating more than beautiful handmade Dhaka. She is creating opportunities for Nepali women to earn, learn, and become independent.

Miss Krishna Kumari trains women who want to work, provides them with the traditional “Taan” the wooden handloom used to weave Dhaka thread by thread and empowers them to continue their work from home.
