Palarctic is a filmmaking program that aims to bring together aspiring filmmakers from Palestine and Norway, or other Nordic nationalities based in Northern Norway, to provide them with opportunities to learn from each other and share their experiences. It's a way for emerging filmmakers from different cultures, backgrounds, and perspectives to come together and develop new film ideas.
Two weeks program at the end of June 2026.
WEEK 1: The NUFF Challenge. You and your international team dive headfirst into the Nordic Youth Film Festival, and race to write, shoot, and edit a short film in just a week. Pressure? Yes, but Absolutely, FUN.
WEEK 2: You level up. Masterclasses. Creative labs. One-on-one mentorship to develop your own submitted project alongside filmmakers who see the world differently.
