Excited to kick off the Nature’s Movement season with a bang! 👊🏼💪🏼
Our Yogalates class at Regestranden was buzzing with energy, as familiar faces mingled with new additions to our incredible community.
Pictures speak volumes, but the real magic happens when we come together to move our energy and embrace feel-good movement.

Finalized, with an energizing mermaid dip, which was included for those who wanted to!

Can’t wait to share the mat with you all again!

NATURES M O V E M E N T 🎯A L E R T🎯
We are kicking off the season of outdoor classes with this Saturday April 15th at 10.30 at Regestranden by the bunker.

Getting away from the snow season and into the Beach classes season.

I can’t wait to see those of you that are full of courage to come out and join the fresh Norwegian air, doing a Yogalates power like class, to keep us nice n warm!

I can’t wait to get to the outdoors teaching you my Nature’s Movement classes. (Normally on weekends at Regestranden).

We are about one month away, before the launch of the 2023 outdoor classes.

Starting the Day with Beach classes gives back so much! The energy of the fresh air in Nature is beyond words :
~full of goodness,
~charging up the batteries for the day,
~grounding through contact with Nature,
~plus vitamin D intake while moving the body.
All in all a feel good body awareness making you feel energized & alive!
These classes give me so much joy😍At the end of class, the clients are happy & fit to take on the rest of their day.
Let’s go & get the day going through MOVEMENT!
