Finally finished the upgrade of my designer Airbnb and Arne Jacobsen «Egg» fits perfectly together with my USM Haller. The apartment is filled with pieces of art my guests can enjoy and buy.

It’s snowing outside but inside I am painting the spring in this sage green color. I am so tired to have this black living room in one of my Airbnb’s and finally it is time to refresh it. When I am running the creative ideas flows and gets processed as my capacity improves. Today it was insane cold weather but I managed to run my 10k route like I try to do 3 times every week to stay in shape.

There is a lot of projects going on and I can barely wait for the spring to come soon enough.

My 4 Airbnb’s are again fully booked and today I am cleaning and preparing for new arrivals. I love to meet and host people from all over the world and Airbnb is the perfect place to attract new guests. It is a lot of work and you have to go all in, but it gives me the freedom to be just me myself.

Today the lovely winter sun lured me out to prune the apple trees in the orchard. It’s freezing cold, but the thought of spring coming warms me.

Today I am baking 3 «76» chocolate cakes to this weekends upcoming jubilee events at my place. I only use real ingredients and no ultra processed fake food is allowed into my cooking and baking.

Coming Friday I will arrange a party celebrating 5 years at this place. All tickets are sold out and there will be an extra party next Friday too. Today I made the pizzadough and the glutenstrenght is beyond my muscles. Now it goes straight into the fridge for 3 nights longtime fermentation.

First flowers from the garden in 2026 and the vases from local artist .keramikk is perfect for these snowdrops (monestary bells). There is always flowers from the garden in my Airbnb’s during flower season and I love to find the perfect vase to every occasion. The bronze sculpture is from local artist Jos Otten.

I have fond memories as a little kid when my father was caulking windows. Now I have an old house with a lot of windows I can practice this almost forgotten art. As you can see the kitchen in «the artist studio apartment» is perfect for this task.

Moments of gratitude. The last thing I do before welcoming new guests to my 4 Airbnb’s is to go down on knees in front of the toilet. I clean it with gratitude because short time rentals makes it possible to live my life in freedom at this exceptional place. This is «The Gardeners apartment» now ready for new guests to come.
