COVID-19 Update:

Our team is disheartened to find that we must close the studio again, though we can appreciate that the closure period coincides with the holiday break.
The newest regulations request that all group classes be closed from today, December 15th to mid-January. We understand this is a sudden change and an abrupt hold on our newly established routines, and we will do what we can to ease this transition.
We have an archive of recorded classes available for members in the app that we encourage you to use to maintain your movement practice.
If you do not have the space available to train at home, we invite you to register for the self-training hours now available for booking in the gym, dance studio and pole studio.
These times allow for a small number of people to train individually, and the time slots have been scattered to reduce interaction with others. We will close the use of showers and ask that only 2 people use the changing room at a time.
We will post any updates on live online classes and/or new on-demand content for the new year.
If you have any questions please send contact to [email protected] and we’ll get an answer to you as fast as possible.
Wishing you all a very happy holiday. We will see you in January to set the tone for a fantastic 2022! ❤️🎄

Dear members.

Unfortunately, we have to close down our studio again.
We will go back to online virtual classes and you will access our live classes from your app.

Schedule and more information will come as soon as we have all the technical stuff sorted out!

Make sure to turn ON the notification button in your app.

We want to provide a high-quality streaming experience and need a day or two to make everything ready.

VIKTIG INFO:

Grunnet redusert antall per klasse (smittevern) blir det lange ventelister og vi ser oss nødt til å begrense forhånds booking til MAX 1 klasse per dag. Ønsker du å delta på flere enn 1 time må du sjekke med resepsjon om det er ledig restplass.

VIP MAX 2 klasser per dag + egentrening.

Det er påbudt med egen Antibac og klut!

Vet at noen av dere kommer til å bli skuffet over dette, men det er bedre at alle får plass på 1 klasse hver, enn at noen skal få plass på 2 og andre ikke får plass i det hele tatt..

CHECK IN skjer via resepsjon.
