Storytelling 🫶🏼
After our son’s funeral I was a complete wreck, I basically couldn’t be left alone in the house. Few weeks later, my husband needed to go and actually get some work done. I told him it was ok, I needed to start handling my own emotions. The moment he left I felt the anxiety wave coming my way, my chest was heavy and I started to panic. I looked at the dinning table and there it was, this book called «Alt om Johaug». Next to it was my iPad.
I love this quote by one of my favorite authors, Brené Brown: "Vulnerability is the birthplace of courage. And if we want to be brave, we have to be real".
