Do you want to work in Notam’s Spatial Audio Studio?

We are now accepting applications for residencies in our Spatial Audio Studio for the spring 2027.

With this residency, we want to facilitate and support the development of artistic projects within spatial audio and immersive sound. The residency can last up to two weeks, depending on the project. As artist in residence at Notam, you will work independently, but with access to a strong professional environment and facilities.

Zack Settel is a musician, audio technology innovator, Co-Founder and CTO of WalkThruMusic. He leads the development of a 6DoF “Depth Audio” platform that transforms songs into spatial ecosystems of instruments and voices. His work has consistently explored new forms of spatial and physical interaction with sound.

This meetup will be hosted by Monica Bolles. Bolles is an artist, audio engineer and composer who utilises emerging technologies, science and design to create spaces for the exploration of human experience in an ever-evolving and transforming world. Through the juxtaposition of the organic and the digital, art and science, technology and humanity, hub continually investigates what it means to be human in today's society.
