This year, we invite you to join us for two very special events: our family-friendly celebration, **Barnas Xibalba (Xibalbita)**, and our solemn and immersive event, **Xibalba 2026**.

Come together with us to celebrate, remember, and honor the beloved people who are no longer physically with us but remain forever in our hearts. ❤️

We also invite you to explore and learn more about the rich worldview and cosmology of ancient Mexico through **“Camino al Mictlán,”** a journey inspired by the path to the underworld in Aztec mythology.

Xibalba 2026 – Veien til Mictlan

I år tar Xibalba deg med inn i den urgamle verdenen av aztekisk kosmologi og den meksikanske Día de Mu***os-tradisjonen, og bringer Mexicos farger, historier og sjel til Oslo.

Tre inn i en verden der døden ikke er slutten, men begynnelsen på en reise. Følg den eldgamle veien gjennom de ulike stasjonene i dødsriket, og oppdag hva som venter på den andre siden.

Opplev livemusikk, visuell kunst, sterke opptredener og urgamle historier, inspirert av Mexicos rike kulturarv. Nyt ekte meksikansk mat og drikke mens showet utspiller seg rundt deg og tar deg med på en reise mellom de levendes og de dødes verden.

En feiring av livet.

Xibalbita 2026

Join us for Xibalbita 2026, a family-friendly celebration of Mexico’s Día de Mu***os (Day of the Dead) tradition. Enjoy a vibrant day of music, dance, authentic Mexican food, culture, and community.

Organized by MEXperience, this annual event has been bringing people together for 11 years, sharing the rich traditions of Día de Mu***os while creating cultural connections between Mexico, Norway, and the wider world.
