It’s been just over a year since we wrapped up Onwards 2025. Since then, a lot has changed. In our work. In our tools. And in the way we think about what’s next.
So it feels like the right time to share this:
Onwards returns in October 2026. Two day of inspiration, workshops, and meaningful discussions about how we can take control of shaping our futures.
The theme for 2026 is simple, yet complex:
"How to be human in the age of AI."
We’ll explore new ways of thinking, learning, working and living. Not to work faster, but to help us be more present, and find time and room for the things that matter most in life and our careers.
