It’s been a little over 2 years since we came out with the original bread scoring lame - which has become one of our best selling products.
This time around we decided to update it, making it easier for you to customize! 🥳 🥖🥖🥖

This is a custom mandala version, made in bamboo🎋

This beautiful beast of a knife is something I made a couple of weeks ago 🔪

It’s a large kukri style knife with a norwegian flame birch handle, G10 liners, brass pins and a custom engraving 🐶
The sheath is made from natural full grain bull leather - making it not only strong but also patina beautifully with time and use 🐂

With sinking temperatures and rising electricity prices, it is the perfect time to make carrying firewood easy and efficient 🪵

This firewood carrier is made from thick, full grain leather. Making it not only pretty to look at but also strong enough to last for generations 🐂

Check our website at harstadknives.com for more info on the product 🔥

Ever since tested this knife in one of their videos I have had to build it quite a bunch of times 🔪🔪🔪

This one was ordered with a kydex sheath, a forged finish on the blade and a norwegian flame-birch handle 🪵

In addition the customer was interested in a very light weight EDC pocket knife, with a similar finish to it.

I had a lot of fun working on this project - a custom pipe with a full grain leather bag 👝

The pipe is made from briar wood that revealed its beautiful pattern during sanding and polishing 🪵

I had a lot of fun creating this fully custom dagger.
From the micarta scales to the forged finish and the kydex sheath - the customer was very specific about what he wanted and I think the combo turned out great 🙂

I always get excited when I get requests that push me to create something that’s a little outside the comfort zone - which was the case with this outdoor/bushcraft knife 🪵 🔥 🔪

With it’s unique shape and custom made handle-material with black pins and a matt finish it’s a knife I’ll have to recreate for my own collection 😉

When purchasing one of our knives we not only customize it to you, but we also provide you with a lifetime warranty and re-sharpening service 🪒

A few shots of a filet knife I made a couple of weeks ago 🐠🔪

The norwegian flame birch handle with G10 liners and brass pins, in combination with a kydex sheath makes for a stunning piece that’s a great performer 🔥

When designing my knives, looks always come second to performance - so I hope this guy gets put to good use this summer ☀️🎣🔪
