Jan 2023, Today! I handed in my body of work, supporting text and presentation. I would like to invite you all to the curated selection in the virtual Exhibition.
Feb 2021, I enrolled in a part-time MA fine art degree at Arts University Bournemouth. UK.
I have been traveling as a full-time seafarer alongside the art practise with a studio space in Bergen Norway.
Hovering as a state of mind, This reflects on my two-year journey, both at sea and in the studio. It talks about the movement between the 3 dimensional and 2-dimensional work ongoing in the studio.
The MA Fine Art Degree show is made public online. The accessibility is then worldwide, in a time capsule corresponding with all time zones. The viewers can themselves hover inside of technology.
Also, I would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone involved.
• Great follow up from the Professors at AUB. You all pushed and encouraged me, alongside difficult questions that have empowered my art practice.
• Good encouragement and inspiration from my friend and loved ones.
• Furthermore, a thanks to all the seafarers, the awesome colleagues and a workplace with incredible destinations.
To say the least it has been a hectic period that is ending today, but this is just another start.
