FOOD AT REBELLIONFEST III!

All that heavy music is going to make you hungry, so this year we’ve put a little more thought into the food side of things and broadened the options!

De Groote Weiver is a vegetarian venue, so no meat is served at RebellionFest. This year, we’ve put some extra thought into the food options and made sure there’s more than one choice available. From fries and snacks to pancakes, pita and salads, we hope there’s something for everyone to enjoy during the festival.

RebellionFest Spotlight: SHINIGAMI

Inspired by Japanese history, culture and martial arts, Shinigami has built a unique identity within the Dutch metal scene. These influences can be found throughout the band's music, lyrics and artwork, adding an extra layer to their blend of death and thrash metal.

With two EPs, The Arcane Order and Ryu, and shows across Europe and Japan behind them, Shinigami continues to develop and bring their music to new audiences.

Spotlight: SAD IRON!

With decades of experience behind them, Sad Iron continues to write, record and perform heavy metal. Their latest album, Back to Black, was released in 2024, followed by their split release with Burning.
Now, Sad Iron is ready to return to the stage.. and their first announced show back will be at RebellionFest!

Spotlight: Hallowed Fire

Formed in late 2016, Hallowed Fire quickly made an impression by reaching the semi-finals of the Dutch Metal Battle in their very first year as a band.
Since then, they've continued to build their name with energetic live performances and the release of their powerful EPs, Decade of Darkness and Pillars of Lies.

Now, with a full-length debut album on the horizon, the thrash metal outfit is sharper than ever... Making them a perfect addition to the line-up for RebellionFest III on September 26th!

Spotlight: Arising Rebellion

Arising Rebellion is a Dutch groove metal band. Following the release of their debut album This World Is Dying in 2025, the band has continued to expand its catalogue with new music, including their latest single Deathtrap, released on 3 July 2026.

Together with De Groote Weiver, Arising Rebellion is also the organiser of RebellionFest, now preparing for its third edition.
