PAD London is on! Step into Overgrown, our dreamlike presentation where art and design meet the abundant beauty of nature.

Every piece in our collection has been specially created for PAD London. Discover Kiki van Eijk’s playful sculpture 'Beloved!', set against the soft, undulating landscapes of Alfhild Sarah Külper – crafted from reused materials. At the center of the booth, Joana Schneider’s bold blue textile work 'Spearmint' makes a striking statement, with Kim Simonsson’s characterful sculpture positioned in front of it.

Take a moment to explore Maarten Vrolijk’s intricately detailed vases, illuminated by Tiemen Harder's 'Blossom Torchére' and with REM Atelier’s 'Vanity Mirror – Golden Hour' hanging behind them. The mirror transforms with light, glowing from within its frame when illuminated and taking on a more subdued presence when switched off.

This year, we place a special focus on textile art, a medium that has long been an integral part of our gallery’s identity. Through rich textures, natural materials and organic forms, our presentation celebrates the creativity and craftsmanship of contemporary Dutch design.

From 13–18 October, Rademakers Gallery returns to PAD London with Overgrown.

Rademakers Gallery is delighted to return to PAD London from 13–18 October with 'Overgrown'. The theme takes inspiration from the ancient trees of Berkeley Square, whose branches grow directly through the fair’s tent.⁠
⁠
Created especially for PAD London, this collection brings together collectible design, sculptural textiles and detailed artworks inspired by nature.⁠ Highlights include the Hedera collection by Dutch designer Onno Adriaanse, who draws inspiration from the climbing plant and Diederik Schneemann cabinet build from paintings.⁠

Textile lies at the heart of our presentation. Joana Schneider’s bold 'Spearmint', Alfhild Sarah Külper’s tactile soft sculptures, ranging from mirrors and benches to wall pieces, and Simone Post’s dazzling landscapes reflect our longstanding appreciation for textiles as an artistic medium.⁠ ⁠

Tiemen Harder’s Blossom Chandelier and REM Atelier’s Golden Hour Mirror bring warmth and character to the interior, while Kiki van Eijk’s Beloved! watering can introduces a playful touch. Maarten Vrolijk’s intricately detailed vases and Kim Simonsson’s expressive sculpture celebrate craftsmanship, highlighting the richness and versatility of materials.⁠

Tiemen Harder’s work begins where material takes over.

Working with wood, resin and the traces of natural growth, Tiemen explores what happens when an object is allowed to develop rather than simply be designed. His process gives the material room to lead, allowing each piece to reveal itself gradually while retaining its function.

Organic forms, unexpected textures and the visible marks of the process make each piece feel alive. It’s this balance between natural growth and human intervention that makes his practice a natural fit for our ‘Overgrown Nature’ theme at PAD London.

A closer look at ’s ‘Sakura’ collection, joining us at London.⁠

Nature has always been a source of inspiration for Maarten. As a child, he was fascinated by the cherry tree outside his home, watching it transform with the seasons: bare branches in winter, pink blossoms in spring and red cherries in summer.⁠
⁠
This childhood memory lives on in his work, where colour, form and material come together in playful ways. With the ‘Sakura’ collection, Maarten captures the beauty and changing character of nature in sculptural vases.⁠
