En ja, we zijn begonnen! 🎉
Youth Day 2026 is officieel van start!

Gisteren stonden de uitwisselingsartiesten Mosse, George en Beta al voor de klas bij HHC Warffum. Met hun energie, ritme en enthousiasme namen zij de leerlingen mee in de wereld van percussie. 🥁

Ook Jorge Gomez liet de jongeren kennismaken met de rijke tradities van de Cubaanse son en salsa. Een inspirerende dag vol muziek, ontmoeting en culturele uitwisseling!

Op naar nog meer bijzondere ervaringen, nieuwe verbindingen en vooral heel veel plezier. 🌍🎶❤️

Youth Day 2026 has officially begun!

Yesterday, exchange artists Mosse, George and Beta were already in the classroom at HHC Warffum. With their energy, rhythm and enthusiasm, they introduced the students to the world of percussion. 🥁

Jorge Gomez also introduced the young people to the rich traditions of Cuban son and salsa. An inspiring day full of music, connection and cultural exchange!

Here’s to many more special experiences, new connections and, most of all, lots of joy. 🌍🎶❤️

🇳🇱 Het is nog even (wind) stil in Warffum… maar niet voor lang. ❤️

Over 3,5 week raast Festival Op Roakeldais weer door ons dorp, en de eerste vlaggen hangen al! Onze vrijwilligers zijn begonnen om Warffum langzaam in festivalsfeer te brengen.

Nu is het aan jullie. Hang alvast je Op Roakeldais en/of OpRikodais-vlag op en laat iedereen zien dat het mooiste festival van het jaar eraan komt. 🌍🎶

In just 3.5 weeks, Festival Op Roakeldais will be roaring through our village again, and the first flags are already up! Our volunteers have started bringing the festival feeling back to Warffum.
