On Sunday 28 June, it’s national ‘Peek in Your Neighbour's Garden' 😎day all over Wageningen! Local artists perform in their own or in their neighbours’ gardens!

You can join in too! Open your garden and invite your neighbours, or grab your instrument and go on stage! Every performing art is welcome, from music and dance to poetry! You can check it out on www.gbdb.nl!

Bands en acts opgelet! Je hebt nog 1 week om je via hun website in te schrijven voor Popronde Nederland. De uiterste inschrijfdatum is 1 maart 2026.

Popronde is het grootste landelijke rondreizende muziekfestival in Nederland. Er doen tientallen acts mee. In 2026 is ieder weekend van 12 september tot en met 28 november in tientallen steden Popronde, waaronder in een aantal Gelderse steden.

Nadat de inschrijfperiode is gesloten, worden de aanmeldingen ingedeeld in genres, en wordt daaruit een pre-selectie gemaakt. Vervolgens buigt de selectiecommissie van circa 170 sleutelfiguren uit de Nederlandse muzieksector zich over deze pre-selectie. Rond 1 mei wordt de definitieve selectie bekendgemaakt via 3voor12 Radio op 3FM en gepubliceerd op de website. 📷 Patrick Struijker Boudier

BREAK OUT OF YOUR BIRDCAGE! 🪽
“ENJAKU” is an old Japanese word that means little birds. “YOYO” expresses a state of being proud, lively, and full of energy.
ENJAKU YOYO is a Hyperpop duo straight from Japan. Their sound is a mix of techno, dance, rock, some jazzy piano, catchy vocals that sometimes feature Japanese rap, and is driven by sick tapping and slap guitar.

//OLIV OLIV//
-is a composer, producer, and sound artist working at the intersection of synthesis, acoustic instrumentation, and storytelling. His debut album Tehran Mountains (Uncloud Editions, 2025) is a cross-cultural collaboration with Iranian artist Meshkat Talebi. Oliv Oliv has performed at Dutch Modular Fest, Paradiso, and Uncloud Festival, and is part of the Popronde 2025 tour and Spatial Audio Network Europe. For this edition of Melting Pot, he’s crafting something extra danceable.
