Yessss we are back with an autumn FemSex series!

You can find us and our flyers in the Forum building on Monday Sept. 18 during lunch break.
*We postponed the flyering with a couple of days.

🍍Safe space is guaranteed at the beginning of the journey by the signing of the symbolic contract where where participants agree to be consistent in participation, to respect confidentiality and to avoid flirtations within the group until the end of the meeting cycle.

🍑With time and getting to know each other on deeper levels, the safe space grows and strengthens more and more.

🍒The type of communication that is required of the participants ensures this sense of security. The first meeting is devoted to discussing this specific communication style.

For example, some of the guidelines to follow are:
🌻Use statements that begin with 'I' instead of "all people say/think/do"
🌸Dominant voices: need to harmonize with the voices of others
🌼Don't talk about other people's personal matters in their absence
🌿Don't interrupt and Don't yuck my yum
🌹Snap your fingers or look for other ways to signal that you agree with something that is being said without them being interrupted
🌵Body language: we ask "What are some examples of body language that make you uncomfortable during a conversation?"
