Studio Giftig is ontstaan uit een samenwerkingsverband tussen Kaspar van Leek en Niels van Swaemen. Naast de kunstacademie en ervaring als vormgever in de grafische wereld, hebben beiden een achtergrond van jarenlange ervaring op het gebied van illustratie en graffiti. Begin 2007 werd besloten om er echt werk van te maken en zo ontstond Studio Giftig. In korte tijd heeft Studio Giftig al vele proj

ecten voor zowel bedrijven als particulieren mogen uitvoeren. illustraties, wandschilderingen, graffiti en het werk op canvasdoek bieden talrijke mogelijkheden voor potentiële opdrachtgevers.

A city woman and a rural man each represent these worlds.
When they meet, their differences prove practical and complementary.
The city offers movement and opportunities, while the countryside provides calm and clarity.
A red thread connects their lives and choices.
Together, they show that both worlds depend on each other.

Self-reflection arises when the world briefly falls silent and you see yourself in what surrounds you.
It is a boundary that does not divide, but connects, between inside and outside, between seeing and understanding.
In that silence, clarity emerges and space is created for insight.
Reflection is always in dialogue with the world around you.
In this way, seeing becomes a form of recognition and growth.

This mural shows connection at the heart of Veldhoven, a municipality formed from four villages into one diverse community. Eleven portraits represent the districts, depicting people of different ages and backgrounds interacting. Their gazes and gestures reflect links between generations, cultures, and neighborhoods. The linden tree, a traditional gathering place, appears throughout as a unifying symbol, illustrating how diversity creates cohesion and continuity in a connected community.
