Art no longer comments on politics from the sidelines; it operates at its core. What is the role of artists and cultural institutions within this minefield? Can art resist without becoming propaganda itself?

Three Times Left is Right has been selected for Theatertreffen 2026. The jury announced their choice for the ten most remarkable productions of the season today during a press conference in Berlin.

"A masterpiece of provocation.”

Berliner Theatertreffen is the most important theatre festival in the German-speaking world.

Three Times Left is Right is a co-production with the Wiener Festwochen and Schauspiel Leipzig. During the research and creation process, we collaborated with CAMPO, SPRING Utrecht and De Balie. Three Times Left is Right was realized with the support of the Fonds Podiumkunsten / Performing Arts Fund NL Gemeente Utrecht Ammodo Fonds ZOZ and K.F. Hein Fonds.
