Looking for a great family outing? Come see Dick Whittington. An action packed adventure charting the rags to riches story of a poor boy and his cat. An epic adventure of rats, betrayal ship wreck and true love. The show (English) is packed with laughs and some truly toe tapping songs. Tickets available at the door. Thomas Kerk theatre. Teachers Strike English Drama camp on Tuesday 12 December between 10 and 3 pm
Location Apollohal in Amsterdam old Zuid

The camp is a fun packed day of dancing and singing as well as some high energy improvisation and theatre games.

This is a more general day of and suitable for non act students as well as members.

The day will be themed around a children's story, which we will kick off the day with.

The day will also include the following

Voice training
Using breathing and articulation methods adapted for children from the English National theatre.
This will develop your child's annunciation and projection in spoken word.

The jetpack workshop
A high energy look at creating a theatrical ensemble through movement and voice. Which explores techniques for depicting flight on stage that have been adapted from the National theatres work in Frantic Assembly. It's enormous fun.

INTRODUCING THE NEW CLASS FOR BIG CHILDREN.

Why should our kids have all the fun?

This month, a new adult branch of the Active children's Theatre company will kick off with an English language theatre group.

Two hours of fun improvisation will build your acting and improvisation skills and teach you to think on your feet, all while having a great time.

Ultimately, the group will be given the option to develop a performance for the summer.

LOCATION - Music and Dance school, Amstelveen centrum. (Next to bus station and 5 minutes walk from tram 5.)

Wednesdays 7 till 9pm

Cost €10 per session.
