Two paintings became four little worlds.

The last little details before this piece came together 💜

Original watercolor painting of two turtles 💜

One of my favorite things about painting turtles is that the ocean they swim in never turns out the same

Now swimming in their new home 💚💙



The turtles were part of a series of three, so they all share the same vibes and colors ✨

Another one for the Currents Collection.

My aunt fell in love with this one, so I painted Starfish Under Emerald Light specifically for her as a gift.

Seeing it framed and finding its place in The Netherlands made me smile.

The original has found a home, but this design is now also available as a large 18 × 24 inch (46 × 61 cm) fine art giclée print on Hahnemühle German Etching paper.
