From Concept to Reality - Yapa Milano

In the case of Yapa restaurant, we had the pleasure of working on the project twice !
When it was first opened in 2020, we made a concept images for the Design proof with , and last year for the renovation and expansion with

Such projects require spot on capture of not only the space and the design, but mostly the mood and atmosphere you will experience once dining.

While the designers provide us with very clear vision and all the detail we might need, there is still a lot of room for interoperation since we have to imagine it all coming together.

And we are often pleasantly surprised how close we get 🙂

Video - Product clips for Royal Botania

Last part of the week-long production in Portugal was a Video-shoot for the product presentation, both on Social media and Website.

While it might seem like a hand-in-hand workflow with the photography, Video caries its own requirement and direction.
Aim is to cover the product in all its aspects, presence in the space, details, ex*****on and materials used.

Planning was required to make sure we cover both of these media types, as Video is not something to be taken for granted in Design presentation.

Conveying the technical ex*****on of the products, the quality and smoothness of the materials and the presence in the outdoor space was the priority.

The styling items were hand picked by us, with attention to complement the RB products but to not take much of the spotlight.

From Concept to Reality - Scorpios Bodrum

Occasionally we work on the projects where understanding of the brand and style is important especially ahead of time.
We work in the stages of the developments where the ideas are still mostly on paper, in the mind or at best put together in the moodboards.
Over the years we build a strong intuition on how these can potentially translate to the final product.

It is not only about the design, finishes, details but often about mood, colors, contrast and stylistic treatment of the content, that will make the first impression, before photos will take over.
That is why it is important to pay attention not only to the drawings, but as much so to the idea of project and what it wants to communicate so the concept smoothly transitions into reality.

We had very limited time to produce these impressions, so we had to be mindful how we will treat them in the final expression.
With this carousel we are not trying to imply the perfect match with Photography once the project is realized, but rather to show how we approach the content strategy before it was even really created.

Concept creation - Bali Residence for RB

As we have heard, many of you don’t know what we actually do beyond producing images 🙂
Let’s correct that !

- When we are tasked to produce marketing content for a Design Product, we start by drafting a strategy. This depends on the individual brand, overall identity, if it is first package or build up for a longer campaign etc. For Royal Botania it is several years that we are creating unique digital environments that accommodate their designs.

- At the very beginning we identify the specific product selection we will be showcasing, align the ideas with the Brand’s general style and approach and create the initial concept. We usually draft a sketch, find a name, approximate location etc. This gives us base to return to and check if we are going in the right direction.

- Every environment we create for this purpose is unique. We are making sure that we take full advantage of creating digital representation of believable locations and Architectural styles. This allows us to really place the products in the center of the focus and shape the residence around them. This is something that is being worked on from first idea almost all the way to last iteration of the Images. “It can always be better” is in full power here.

- Looking for right angles, setups and combination takes a lot of turning the stones. We don’t stop at just moving around the products, but we look for different angles and create and design the spaces around them

- Once we have the Images that are selected and will go to final production, it is mostly us that go and iterate the design, styling and even the look of the Images.

- Finding the right styling that matches the hero products but doesn’t compete with them is topic on its own. This take a lot of back on forth to make sure things work in harmony

Product CGI’s - Royal Botania

In our latest package for Royal Botania, we focused on turning the Bali vibes on.
This new environment was designed to showcase the larger sets of the Organix lounge and their latest novelty for 2025, the Regaliz table.

The concept we created revolves around large open terraces, offers panoramic views, while allowing for larger furniture setups to own their place.

More on the process of designing the architecture & the digital environment for a product showcase will come later in more detail!
