Biodanza on mondays The Hague Centre Sinds september 2023 geven Daan Haket en Lucia Lindner biodanza op donderdagen op deze locatie. It enhances our vitality and creativity. We are open to all ages.

You are welcome to try a session of Biodanza in our weekly biodanza group. Biodanza is a long-tested system of movement on music we do for our health and personal development. It connects us better to ourselves and others, so we learn to synchronize very well, whilst dancing and beyond. The teachers, Per and Lucia, are certified teachers of the system as developed by Rolando Toro. We followed a 3

year training to learn others so they can benefit from this system as much as we do. Biodanza makes us happier, stronger and more lively! Please phone Lucia if you want tro try.
