Update on the studio in The Hague
Hi everyone, an update as promised on the Den Haag studio situation. We have some good news and bad news for you.
Good news:
Our building seems to be fine according to the authority, however more checks will be done, and a detailed report will be provided once all the checks are done.
We were able to enter the studio to retrieve all the silks and hoops today. We will take the rest of our stuff in the upcoming days.
Bad news:
Although the building is safe to enter, it doesn’t mean we can re-open soon due to the fact that there is no water or electricity for any of the buildings. The local government will arrange the repair asap, but it will unfortunately still take quite some time. Therefore, we will unfortunately have to close the Den Haag studio until the end of December. For those who cannot go to the Rotterdam studio to take classes, please send us an email [email protected] and we will return your lesson credits to you (valid for one year).
In the meantime, we are busy looking for a temporary place in Den Haag to host our classes from January on. We have contacted a few potential locations today and hopefully we will find a place soon. Our location criteria are as follows, so if anyone knows any suitable places please contact us [email protected]
Pole room criteria:
- Around 75m2
- Ceiling height at least 2,5 meter
(we have portable poles and stage that will not damage the floor nor the ceiling)
- In Den Haag
- Rectangular shape
- One toilet
For aerial classes, we have contacted a potential location in Den Haag since we need specific rigging systems. Hopefully we can access the potential location, and we will keep you updated.
Thank you so much for all the kind words and well wishes sent our way this past week. It really means the world and we cannot wait to see you all in the studio, wherever that may be, very very soon.🙏🙏🙏
