Concerts have been cancelled because of the coronavirus outbreak but the Strozzi Female Choir have assembled virtually for a beautiful version of The Seal Lullaby by Eric Whitacre. The singers of this Virtual Performance are from 10 different nationalities.

Tonight we had the Warming- up session #1 with the Strozzi Female Choir with singers from many countries. We welcomed women from The Netherlands, Ecuador, Argentina, Italy, Spain, Germany, England, Switzerland, Portugal, France. We sang "alone together" a canon and we share beautiful smiles.

Tomorrow our very first VIRTUAL CHOIR WARM-UP SESSION. Everybody is welcome to join us!

It's as new for me as it is for you, and I'm really excited to see how it goes.

To join the rehearsal you will need to install a small programme called Zoom.us on your computer, or the app on your phone/tablet.
You'll also need the password to join, which I've included below.

That's it, there's really nothing to it.

To install Zoom.us on a Windows computer
Go to the Zoom download page: https://zoom.us/download
1. Download Zoom Client for Meetings (that's the one at the top)
2. Install on your computer

On an Android phone or tablet
Go to the Google Play Store and look for the Zoom Cloud Meetings app and install this.

On iOS, iPhone or iPad:
Go to the App Store and look for the Zoom Cloud Meetings app and install this.

Our warming up will start at 20.15 (European Time) and will last until 20.45.
