Vanaf 9 mei is het werk van Michal Pelka te zien bij The Shore in Scheveningen, Nederland.
Michal Pelka legt de zee vast zoals weinigen dat kunnen. Als fotograaf én surfer combineert hij artistieke precisie met fysiek uithoudingsvermogen. Het resultaat zijn beelden die tegelijk krachtig en sereen zijn.
“De zee heeft iets dat je in het moment brengt. In zijn uitgestrektheid ben je niet alleen toeschouwer — je maakt deel uit van iets groters.”
