Voor de meesten is 9 mei een gewone dag. Maar 81 jaar geleden veranderde alles: de dood werd leven, de oorlog eindigde in alle landen en vrijheid keerde terug. Vanuit dat nieuwe begin ontstond de behoefte aan verbinding, en werd de Europese samenwerking geboren. Sindsdien vieren we op 9 mei Europadag, een dag van vrede, vrijheid en verbondenheid.

Blessed BELTANE greetings to all!🩵
Between the blossoming flowers of spring and the awakening of summer, we gather at the threshold of the year. Yesterday, we celebrated this grandiose festival upon the shore, where the ancient fires burned and our spirits danced with the tides.

We are temporarily dancing in Delfgauw, every Sunday morning from 11:30 to 13:30. Why should you come dance with us? We have two DJs! Each time, Eva and Saryo take turns playing music for you. Both have different vibes, but they are in harmony with each other, creating a wonderful connection.

Their music is based on the 5Rhythms wave, which means the mix is starting with slowish and flowing tunes, gradually transitioning to more rhythmic tracks, which aare followed by high energetic songs. This allows dancers to truly release their energy. Next music is lyrical, joyful and uplifting. And we always end with slow, meditative music to help you feel the echoes of the dance in your bodies.This stillness creates a spacious and peaceful inner space.

We welcome you to join us this Sunday at Florijnstraat.

After the dance we will have a treat, homemade banana bread!

This summer dance week is where dance, theatre and art meets. It is a creative process in which you are invited to give a shape and expression to your heart with its beauty, power and clarity. It is a deep journey in and with yourself with the ultimate goal of deep relaxation, freedom and bringing joy back or more in your live. It is a week with a smile and a tear, where everything has a place and where our natural flow is the guiding principle.

The movement of the heart is quite simple; It wants to give and receive from compassion and love. The physical heart allows blood to flow in and out again to all the corners of our body. Also the energy of the heart moves likes this. The potential of the heart is that it can receive a lot, transform it and pass it on again.
Unfortunately many hearts have been hurt and damaged and that natural flow is interrupted or even sometimes closed. How do we find the natural rhythm of our hearts back again.

Every morning we will dance, to move what wants to be moved. In the afternoon we open the space for the moment, we work with what comes. We re-experience the memory, the feeling, the thought, the joy, sadness or the anger in our dance. The rest of the day we will find other ways to support this process.

We are staying at a wonderful place and dance in a beautiful room. The food is sublime and the nature is super. The accommodation is amazing and connects us with our own original and natural rhythm.
We work with the Five Rhythms, Movement Theatre, Open Floor, Stepping Out of the Story concept, Martial Arts and Qigong and this week is suitable for anyone between 16 and 99 years and who is willing to get to know themselves better. Even when your life is on a dead end or you have a burnout, but definitely also when life smiles to you and you are looking for a way to express this.
