Born in Belgrade, Serbian artist Jelena Milovanovic studied painting at the Art Academy before spending several years in Brussels, where she also worked with children and adults through art.

After returning to Serbia, she moved with her family to a small village near the Danube, where nature became central to both her life and artistic practice.

Her work explores spiritual consciousness, inner life, and humanity’s connection with nature. Through painting, Jelena seeks to bring a sense of meaning and spirituality back into the image in an increasingly digital world.
