Just posted the note below and within minutes got an update this has been postponed by 2 weeks ;-(

Good news from Het Wijkpaleis. De plek om het te maken. The purchase of the building will be completed on the 16th of September. We at Improv Rotterdam are proud to be a part of this journey. And, we even own a small share :-)

Aan alle IMPROVvers,

eindelijk, we hadden nog n zomertje nodig ... maar nu is r echt goed nieuws van het koopfront en gaat het ook opeens snel en op korte termijn, toch hopen we dat jullie erbij kunnen zijn:

DE KOOP IS ROND
VRIJDAG 16 SEPTEMBER 16.30 UUR TEKENEN WE IN HET WIJKPALEIS

Als een ding de afgelopen zeven jaar duidelijk is geworden, is dat een Wijkpaleis alleen kan staan op de schouders van velen: Paleizen bouw je samen én Paleizen koop je samen!

Het is dankzij de inspanning en ondersteuning van veel mensen en organisaties dat de koop van het HET WIJKPALEIS een feit is.

Op vrijdag 16 september 2022 om 16.30 uur tekenen we met de notaris in het WIJKPALEIS. Het tekenen van het koopcontract is de kroon op alle inspanningen.

We vieren deze mijlpaal met een eerste echte BARA borrel.
We hopen dat jullie bij dit bijzondere moment zijn.

ps De notaris houdt nog een kleine slag om de arm met betrekking tot een eventuele hiccup. Daar zijn we ondertussen aan gewend, we hebben hier helaas geen invloed op. Maar dat er bara's zijn en ander lekkers is, is zo zeker als wat.
