Since 2023, Les Terres de Nataé in Pont-Scorff, Brittany, has partnered with China Light Festival to bring Les Animaux de Lumière to life: a large-scale nocturnal light festival that transforms the animal park into an illuminated wildlife sanctuary during the darker months.

“Everyone left with stars in their eyes.” ✨

That is how Les Terres de Nataé described the impact of the event. Together, we created an after-dark experience that connects wonder, storytelling and conservation, while bringing new energy to the autumn and winter season. 🌙

From 37,000 visitors in the first edition to 71,000 in 2025, this partnership shows what can happen when a venue’s mission and an immersive light festival come together.
