Tijdens de openingsavond van op vrijdag 17 oktober geeft Kristine Tumanyan een performance samen met muzikant Daan Gooren en danser Luc Arnoldussen. In lijn met haar werkwijze ontstaat deze geheel intuïtief, in het moment. Een unieke ervaring waarin beeld, muziek en dans samensmelten - om vervolgens op te lossen in stilte.

The first line transforms paper space,
paper molds the line

The abstract line drawings by Kristine Tumanyan start with a first line. A pure, honest line that is only influenced by her own feeling. That is the basis of every drawing. Anna Sitnikova adds a layer of materiality to this concept. Using a slab technique she creates a paper thin porcelain layer. In a space of few seconds, when the quickly drying material is still flexible, she gently shapes the piece followed by her intuition.
