Some songs just stick.

I’ve had Tranen in de Giftshop by Roxeanne Hazes on repeat in my head for over a week now. Beautiful melody, beautiful song, and one of those productions where everything just feels right.

A fun detail: the song was produced by an old classmate of mine, .goilo

So I picked up a guitar and recorded a little tribute video. Not to improve on it, just to celebrate a song, a production, and a composition that really hit home.

Sometimes great work deserves a nod. 👍

Woh this update is not subtle. This is authority!

A late ’64 Fender Bassman Blackface just landed at Hillroad.
Loaded with original Schumacher iron and running the AA864 circuit, the real pre-CBS deal. Open, raw, and alive.

Stacked on top of its bigger brother, a ’75 Bassman 100. Massive headroom, tight low end, pure clean authority.

Both sitting on a Dual Showman 2x15 with JBLs. Wide, deep, unapologetic. Some pieces just hit different.

Grateful this one found its way here!

Recorded a session with JJ Wilssonn.

A room full of seasoned players who clearly know their craft. Tight playing, great tones and a band that just locks in together. The kind of session where everyone shows up prepared and puts the work in.

Great to see that the joy of making music never gets old!

Four days of drum recordings with Ohrima .

Prog metal.
Polyrhythms, odd time signatures, fat and fast grooves.

Longest single track we’ve ever recorded. Around 20 minutes.

A small amp with a big voice.

Meet the STAMP 18. A Carmen Ghia circuit built by Martin Staman on a Hammond O35 chassis. Paired with a custom 1x12 loaded with a Celestion Alnico Gold.

Wrapped in green snake tolex with gold hardware. Because details matter.

The Ghia circuit only gives you two k***s. Which means the speaker becomes part of the tone control. The Alnico Gold completes the picture.

Killer chimey crunch.
Mid forward but never heavy.
Touch responsive and alive.

Simple circuit. Big character.
