Did you know that Icy shores contrasts not only in color but also in texture? The dark beach is coarse and rough but the waves are glossy and smooth 😁

Had a photoshoot with Vortex for some better resolution photo's. Sadly, this is not my workdesk but a mockup 😅 but the texture comes across waaay better than on the old photos.

Will update the photos on the website aswell and reshoot my other pieces. Crashing tides is next 😁

In the spotlight today: Vortex. A little rougher in character but with a very natural feel and a pronounced texture.

Latest piece called: Between the wake. Named not only for the shoreline depicted on a beautifull calm morning. But also referring to that space between sleep and being awake. Where worries of the day can't enter and dreams linger.
