During our stay at Castle Vianden earlier this month, we participated in the Historical Fashion Show. On day one I was wearing my Milkmaid costume.
All participants of the fashion show explained themselves to the audience about the clothes they were wearing.
It was much fun to do.

And another nice original painting and my reproduction of the outfit is of course the famous Milkmaid by Vermeer, c. 1660.
The amazing photo on the right is made by Henk Van Rijssen.
