Combinations that you might not have expected, but that actually make sense.

KLAUS HACK ON UT

In the Spiegel building, a work of art stands ánd hangs in the main hall: " Gottswald" by Klaus Hack.

This sculpture is carved from a solid tree trunk, a totem-like form with rough chisel marks and hollows.
What makes it unique is its direct relationship with the canvas behind it, which bears the marks of a printing process with this tree trunk sculpture.

WIM T.SCHIPPERS

Wim T. Schippers , well known as the creator of "The Tower of Drienerlo", is no longer with us. He passed away last week.

Museum Boijmans van Beuningen is set to reinstall Wim T. Shippers' peanutbutter floor, and here on the UT CAMPUS we will continue to enjoy the mythe surrounding artist Wim T. Schippers' sunken tower for years, perhaps even centuries, to come!
